DC-Series Portable Electric Rebar Cutter Features:

Reliable and Portable -Easily carried to the job site for in-place applications, can be used overhead.

Efficient and Powerful –Utilizes 115 Volt, 50/60 Hz electrically-driven hydraulic systems. 220 Volt units are available.

Unique Standard Features -A piston relief valve & safety cutting guard are implemented.

Heavy-Duty Pistons -Heat-treated to withstand daily operational stress.

Wear-Resistant Pumps -The precision engineered ram assemblies and heat-treated cylinders               ensure extreme resistance to wear.  An innovative magnetic metal particle filter is employed.

Forged Steel Housings -For increased strength and durability when cutting grade 60 rebar.

Easy-set Stopper Bolts -To maintain rebar at right angle to the piston, quickly and easily     adjustable to accommodate different sizes of rebar.  Stopper bolt must be used on every cut.

Long-Life Cutter Blocks -Made of special grade alloy tool steel, the cutter blocks can be rotated so that all four edges may be utilized.

Economical -Typically one set of cutting blocks will cut 8,000 to 10,000 pieces of rebar before requiring replacement, that’s about one cent per cut.

Safety -No sparks or flames like cutting torches or abrasive blades.  These rebar cutters use a cold cutting shear method that is specified in highway building codes, ideal for epoxy-coated rebar.

Fast -Cuts the rebar two to three times faster than manual cutters, torches or saws with abrasive blades.

Portable Electric Rebar Bender Features:

Reliable and Portable -These rebar benders are compact for portability but very accurate, fast, dependable, and simple to operate.  These units are easily transported from the shop to the job site.

Efficient and Powerful -115 Volt, 50/60 Hz electrically-driven mechanical systems, except for HB-16W & DBR-25WH benders are electrically-driven hydraulic systems.  Available with 220V motors.

Two Pre-Set Angles -Bend any angle from 0 -180 degrees by using the angle selector, lock in 
one or two different preset angles for repeat bends.  (Except for HB-16W & DBR-25WH)

Emergency Stop Button -Standard on DBD-Series table-top rebar benders except DBD-32X, 
This red button stops the moving roller and returns it to the start position. (Not on HB-16W &
DBR-25WH)

Easy-Set Stopper -Keeps rebar straight between the moving and center rollers, quickly & easily adjustable to accommodate different sizes of rebar.  (Except for HB-16W & DBR-25WH)

Bending Radius -A set of bending rollers is included to cover a wide range of rebar sizes.  A bending chart makes it simple to select the correct combination of both moving and center rollers.  The rebar bending radius is approximately 5D to 6D.  (Except for HB-16W & DBR-25WH)

Foot Pedal Switch -A foot operated on/off switch is included with each DBD-Series table-top rebar bender for hands free operation.  (Except for HB-16W & DBR-25WH)

In-place Applications –The HB-16W and DBR-25WH benders can be used to bend rebar protruding from a column or wall.  HB-16W has an optional 90 deg. angle shoe & larger radius collar.                

Straightening Applications -The push/pull hydraulic capability of the DBR-25WH bender can be used to easily straighten bent rebar.  Larger radius bending shoes are available for DBR-25WH.
