Factory Repair Center Training Policy

Repair Center training will be supplied to companies specified by our Product Specialist. At no charge to the attending company, Benner-Nawman will supply in-depth repair / maintenance training. The attendees must supply their own airfare and / or ground transportation to and from our facility. Benner-Nawman will supply transport to and from the Sky Harbor International Airport to our Wickenburg Plant, accommodations, meals, and local transportation.

Three weeks notice is required to request a training date. All schedules must be coordinated with and approved by our Instructor.

The training procedure will consist of the following:

  • All attendees are to study the Handling Instructions booklet and become familiar with its contents prior to arrival. This booklet will be used as a guideline for the actual hands on training.
  • Rebar Cutters: A unit will be completely disassembled. Each component will be reviewed and its function explained. The tool will then be reassembled and tested for proper operation.
  • Rebar Benders: Training will include partial disassembly. There will be complete review of the inner-workings. Specifically clutch adjustments, electrical components, and preventative maintenance. All training will be conducted at our Wickenburg Plant / Corporate Headquarters.
