The demo tools have been used for demos by sales people, have been through trade shows, etc. They are practically brand new. The refurbished tools have been repaired by our certified tech staff. all of the tools are thoroughly checked by our Diamond tool center repair staff. They include the paperwork, accessories, and carrying case that a new Diamond tool comes with. Shipping is included on orders of two (2) tools or more to one location within the continental United States. The table benders come with a free footpedal, plus we'll throw in a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase on Demo tools and a 6 month warranty for Refurbished tools.
